This scholarship is named for Charles (Chuck) Gould III, who was a Forensic and Investigative Sciences graduate and analyst with the Indianapolis Marion County Forensic Services Agency (IMCFSA).
Established by his family in his memory, this scholarship supports the top second-year graduate student in the FIS program.
