- Scholars participate in a targeted Graduate Pathways program, develop an ePortfolio and complete a research presentation.
- Beckman Scholars may be invited to attend the annual Beckman Symposium, in each of the two summers of their award term. The symposium typically takes place in August.
- Scholars complete a thesis project and must submit a final report to the Beckman Foundation at the conclusion of the research experience.
