Undergraduate Tuition Costs

Undergraduate tuition at IUPUI is calculated by credit hours of classes. Rates are $262.61 per credit hour for Indiana residents, and $968.59 for non-residents.

Midwest Student Exchange Program Award

Attention residents of Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wisconsin, your IUPUI experience just got better. Beginning fall 2016, IUPUI will provide legal residents of Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota or Wisconsin tuition at 150% of the in-state rate. What does this mean for you? The average tuition for an out-of-state student is about $29,000 per academic year. If you qualify for the Midwest Student Exchange Program Award, the cost of IUPUI tuition would be approximately $12,000 per academic year.
