Residential Learning Community

The STEM Community is a first year living learning community for freshman majoring in the Schools of Engineering & Technology and Science. The living learning community promotes scholarship and camaraderie among first year STEM students. The community will offer activities focused on tutoring, career investigation, social, and first year programs.

Students in the STEM community are encouraged to enroll in the STEM Summer Bridge program to enhance their first year experience and membership in the Gateway STEM Community.

Features

University Tower is available only to incoming IUPUI Freshmen under the age of 21 and entering the semester with no more than 12 completed college credits. Rooms include twin beds, desks & chairs, dressers, closet, are fully air conditioned with individual climate control and an attached bathroom. The Tower also includes a fitness center, free laundry, lounge & study rooms, full service dining facilities, and classrooms. Residents assigned to University Tower will be required to select a meal plan. Please visit food.iupui.edu for more information.

Visit the IUPUI Housing site for current rent and fees.

Application

Complete and submit the IUPUI Housing application. Be sure to select "Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM)" on the application.
Don't wait to apply to live on campus! Application deadline is May 1, 2013.  

Tour the Tower
