Math + Science Teaching
Dr. Jeffrey X. Watt, was awarded the 2009 Distinguished University Teaching of Mathematics Award by The Indiana Section of the Mathematical Association of America.
For students interested in teaching math or science, the School of Science provides a strong foundation. We train teachers to be subject matter experts. Our teaching graduates receive a major in math or science and a minor in education. This combination of credits allows a graduate to teach math or science at the middle school, junior high school, or high school level. For specific requirements, download any of the PDFs below.
