Science Ambassadors is a great way to share school pride as well as help prospective students make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. It's awesome to watch the excitement in the eyes of prospective students when you tell them all of the things that make Science@IUPUI so amazing. It's even better when you see them on campus next year!

If you have been exposed to the wonderful opportunities we have at this campus including mentoring, research, or student clubs, then the science ambassador position is a good fit for you.

Being a science ambassador is a really great way to give back to the School. When I was a senior in high school, it would have been nice to talk to an IUPUI Science student to learn more about what it was like here. I think using students is a great way to recruit from high schools, because the students have so much to offer and it makes campus visits so much more interesting. I have seen that high school students and their parents really value what I tell them about my personal experiences. It reassures them that they are making a good decision by picking IUPUI.
